The African Centre for Development and Strategic Studies is a non-governmental, independent, non-profit making centre for studies, research and advisory services relating to Africa's political, economic, social and cultural development. It undertakes proactive policyoriented research and strategic studies of critical issues on security, stability, cooperation and development in a regional and global context.
